Through various interventions in the labor market, we work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to increase youth employability, develop viable labor market-matching mechanisms and help the private sector create sustainable jobs. We strive to increase employability through provision of demand-driven capacity building activities and innovative trainings, as well as through establishment of proper public-private dialogue between private sector representatives and the educational institutions. By complementing that with effective matching mechanisms between labor demand and supply, we envisage and work towards a better alignment with demanded skills, leading to higher productivity in the workplace and new sustainable jobs.
