MDA has a successful track record of working with diverse local and international partners to lead and manage public administration reform projects. We have implemented over 50 technical assistance projects, supporting ministries and municipalities in reforming their administration and improving their organizational structure and culture.

Amongst other tasks, we continue to provide institutional support, draft administrative regulations and instructions, develop manuals, and conduct capacity building sessions for the public sector staff. To date, we have successfully cooperated with over 500 local and international experts in offering such services to local clients, public institutions, international organizations and donors.
